The agent has a fiduciary responsibility to represent only the home buyer's best interest in all aspects of the home buying transaction. Assist you with the financing options to get the pre-qualification process moving.

Perform, a "Pre-View" of homes for you and make suggestions as to which homes you should tour.

Walk you through every step of the homebuying process, taking the pressure off you.

Accompany you to any inspections and your closing in order to answer questions and provide guidance.

I will be available daily from 9am - 6pm, with evening and weekend appointments available.

To fully disclose all information about the transaction that might affect the home buyer's best interest.

Actively work to reduce the final price of the house.
