Buyer Services

A "Buyer's Agent" represents you, the buyer, during the home buying process. The agent has a fiduciary responsibility to represent only the home buyer's best interest in all aspects of the home buying transaction. Unlike a seller's agent, or a dual agent, a buyer's agent has total loyalty to the home buyer and my servies will include the following:

• Act as your Trusted Advisor, Skilled Negotiator, and Expert Facilitator.
• To listen to the buyer's needs, wants, and desires and stay within the scope of my delegated authority.
• Check the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) on a daily basis to identify any new home that fits your criteria.
• To solely represent the home buyer's interest in any and all negotiations and transactions involved in the home purchase process.
• Assist you with the financing options to get the pre-qualification process moving.
• Perform, a "Pre-View" of homes for you and make suggestions as to which homes you should tour.
• Walk you through every step of the homebuying process, taking the pressure off you.
• Accompany you to any inspections and your closing in order to answer questions and provide guidance.
• I will be available daily from 9am - 6pm, with evening and weekend appointments available.
• To fully disclose all information about the transaction that might affect the home buyer's best interest.
• Actively work to reduce the final price of the house.
